I've been asked many times to start a blog. I'll try. Bolee Creek Company - what is it? Well, Bolee Creek Company is a business that I created specializing in unique picture frames. I have always been a picture fanatic and love displaying them. I hate the same ole', same ole' frame, so I figured why not make exactly what I want. I love to mix the old with the new; and I also love the big, bold and chunky look. After months of nagging my husband to make some frames for me, he did. He actually enjoyed it and got creative with it; so, now we BOTH work on frames. We use both old and new wood; both old and new trim. We use whatever we have available and create whatever comes to mind. Our hobby has slowly grown into a business and earlier this year our company grew from 2 to 4! We also took our business to the road this spring. It has been a successful adventure filled fun year. (and yes, Bolee Creek is where I grew up - just spelled a little differently).
